Contradiction of Abu Hurairah about contagious diseases

In this narration Abu Hurairah says there is no transitive disease, in parenthesis ( ) translator put thnigs from his own pocket. Please Look at the next narration.

In this narration Abu Hurairah talks about trasitive disease. The translator did not translate the whole  hadith which says that Abu Hurairah denied the first one narration, said something in Abyssinian language, we never seen Abu Hurairah forgetting like this.

We would like to share this contradiction of Abu Hurairah from Sahih Muslim, it is more clear over there.

In this narration Abu Hurairah says there is no transitive disease.

In this narration Abu Hurairah contradicts his own words and the other person told him on his face that now you are telling different story.

In the light of above two examples, we can easily understand the contradictions of Abu Hurairah adnd how he made stories from his own pocket yet reffered it to the holy Prophet(pbuh)
